C.A.R.E. 5K & 10K Run And Walk For Organ Donor Awareness

My Angel Foundation is grateful for all the participants fundraising efforts for the 2010 C.A.R.E. 5K & 10K Run and Walk!

C.A.R.E. 5K & 10K is a fundraiser to spread awareness about organ and tissue donation. A minimum $25 per-walker donation is suggested.

Early Bird Fundraising Prizes:

Raise Money, Earn Prizes! All participants and fundraisers are eligible for the fundraising prizes.

The following prizes will be given to the top three fundraisers between Monday, February 1st after 12:01am through Friday, March 12th before 12:00 noon:

1st Prize - $100.00 Visa Gift Card and Live Now, Give Later - Become an Organ Donor T-Shirt!

2nd Prize - $50.00 Visa Gift Card and Live Now, Give Later - Become an Organ Donor T-Shirt

3rd Prize - $25.00 Visa Gift Card and Live Now, Give Later - Become an Organ Donor T-Shirt

To be eligible for the above prizes, funds must be received no later than March 12, 2010 at 12:00 noon.

Overall Fundraising Prizes:

Raise $150.00 and receive a free Live Now, Give Later - Become an Organ Donor T-Shirt!

Raise $400.00 and receive a free My Angel Foundation Hooded Sweatshirt.

Raise $750.00 and receive a free My Angel Foundation Hooded Sweatshirt, free Live Now, Give Later - Become an Organ Donor T-Shirt and a $50 Visa Gift Card.

If you are a winner of one of the top three prizes for either the early bird prizes or second half prizes, you are not eligible for the incentive prizes.

To be eligible for the overall fundraising prizes, funds must be received no later than May 10, 2010 at 12:00 noon.
