Join the friends and supporters of My Angel Foundation for the Gift of Life Art & Wine Social on November 13, 2009, at the Des Moines Social Club downtown. You’ll enjoy an evening of visual beauty, delicious tastes and an auction to purchase your favorite work of art.
As a charitable, fund-raising event organized by My Angel Foundation, you’ll be supporting our vital cause of organ donation awareness. Plus local artists who submit their work for display and auction will benefit as well. For only $30 per person, it will be a fun-filled night of artistry, libations, conversation and tasty treats. A wide variety of original artworks will be on display and then sold during the evening’s auction. The art submissions by local artists will be their interpretation of three themes: “Hope Through Compassion,” “Second Chances,” and “Celebration of Life.” Art donated for the auction will be sold to support My Angel Foundation, and the artists will receive additional exposure and other benefits.
Are you a local artist, sculptor or painter? My Angel Foundation is looking for 18 local artists to participate in our upcoming Gift of Life Art & Wine Social.
Art submissions will be sold at the Gift of Life Art & Wine Social through an auction. The event will take place at the Des Moines Social Club.
The art submissions will be the artist’s interpretation of “Hope Through Compassion”, “Second Chances”, or “Celebration of Life”. Artists will randomly be given one of these themes. Art submitted for the auction will be sold to benefit My Angel Foundation and appropriate credit will be given to the artist.
